These Terms of Service govern your use of PM Path ("the Service"), operated by Stefano Ravegnani ("we", "us", or "our"). By using PM Path, you agree to these terms.

PM Path is an AI-powered career learning platform that provides personalised learning roadmaps, skill tracking, curated resources, and an AI career mentor (Alex) for people pursuing Product Manager or Project Manager roles.

The AI mentor is powered by Claude (Anthropic), a third-party AI service. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. It should be used as a learning aid, not as professional career or legal advice.

The PM Path platform, including its design, code, and original content, is owned by Stefano Ravegnani. You retain ownership of any content you provide (e.g. resume content, career background information).

Third-party resources linked in the Library section (articles, newsletters, frameworks) remain the property of their respective owners.

PM Path is provided "as is". We make no guarantees that using PM Path will result in employment or career advancement. The platform is a learning tool, not a placement service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of PM Path.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PM Path after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email.

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.
